Healing Breathwork Retreat with Wendy Sulkoske

  • The Playful Soul 1001 E. 86th St. Indianapolis, IN 46240 USA (map)

Why Breathe?

Bring yourself to this highly participative experience. Our breath can be our greatest teacher and healer. It has the power to help us release what is no longer useful and can be the catalyst for creating a life well beyond our loftiest dreams. Our breath connects us to our authentic selves.

Breathwork is thousands of years old rooted in Eastern disciplines like yoga and Tai Chi. In the ‘60s and ‘70s, many different techniques emerged for raising consciousness, self-awareness, and inner peace. Releasing past trauma, shame, and guilt are some of the immediate and long-term benefits.

This work is gentle, sacred, and powerful. It is completely safe. It is simply you and your own breath.

In this supportive environment, there will be four (4) breathwork sessions where you will be surrounded by crystals and learn about their energy. We will have group and partner exercises and will practice deep relaxation techniques.

What People are Saying

Breathwork Healing has significantly influenced my personal and emotional development. During a period of emotional turmoil, my initial session served as a pivotal moment, re-establishing my connection to my body and emotions within a secure and supportive environment. Lynn and Wendy successfully create an encouraging space that facilitates deep emotional release, enhanced by uplifting music and their attentive guidance.

Engaging in this practice under their direction, I have begun to address and release longstanding traumas, embark on a journey to uncover my authentic self and cultivate a healthier relationship with my emotions, treating them with love and compassion. This practice extends beyond mere breathing exercises; it represents a profound journey toward inner tranquility.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Breathwork Healing practice for guiding me towards improved emotional well-being.
